We believe hiring a company who is licensed, bonded and insured is the only choice. First, it provides you with assurance that the contractor has the right skills, understands local laws and codes, and knows the basics of administering a contracting business. Second, it helps minimize the risk to your family's financial security if a worker is injured on your property, your property is damaged, or if the work is incomplete and/or faulty. Third, damage that arises from work performed by an unlicensed contractor may not be covered under your homeowner's insurance policy. This means that you may be stuck with the bill for repairs, injury, and property damage without the benefit of insurance. And, using an unlicensed contractor is especially tricky, and can constitute negligence, if a third party is injured on your property as a result of faulty work. Arizona law prohibits unlicensed contractors to perform work over $1,000.00. Don't be fooled by the person trying to sell you a cheap product... you will end up paying more for it in the long run.
We get asked this question a lot. And the answer varies. Many factors contribute to making a decision on which fence style is best for your property. Cost, purpose, maintenance and appearance are all important factors you will want to weigh in making your decision. Our expert team is here to help!
This can vary greatly. We strive to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our work. Weather, soil quality, size and material of project are all factors. We strive to give you an accurate timeline and will continue to communicate with you from the time you receive an estimate to the time your project is complete.
